1. Acceptance

By registering for or using this platform ("FoodHaatch", "the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FoodHaatch is a business management platform for food-truck and street-food operators. It provides tools for HR, scheduling, bookings, invoicing, stock management, and marketing. The Service is provided on a SaaS basis.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with third parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform code.
• Use AI-generated features to produce content that is deceptive, harmful, or illegal.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain the data controller for any personal data you enter about employees, customers, or contacts.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate suggested content (emails, social posts, descriptions). AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use.

7. Availability and modifications

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not delete your data without giving you the opportunity to export it first.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (logos, documents, data). The platform software and design remain the property of the operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your business purposes.

9. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms. Following termination, your data will remain available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted from our systems.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to any fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
